May I know what exactly does “No” mean? Do you realize that you repeat this word once in every 5 minutes? Why do you always say “No” when I:
- learn to open the car door while daddy is driving?
- stand right in front of the television to watch Barney close-up?
- help you mop the floor with my tongue?
- want a taste of everything you are eating?
- use your mobile phone to practice my throwing skill?
- prefer your flabby thigh or daddy’s arm to a teether?
- quickly hide my fingers in my mouth because you tell me they are dirty?
Why is this word so overused yet I don’t understand what it means? I hope I will find the answer soon so that mummy, you don’t have to say or grumble or yell “NO!” to me anymore.
Your confused little girl

That's because I fell from the sofa and knocked my head on the floor, leaving a “blue black” mark on my forehead, which then turned yellowish-greenish. The fine brown lines near my nose were caused by scratching. That pink patch between my eyebrows was the result of you neglecting me because I bumped my head again while playing on my own.
Have I answered your question, mummy?

While I enjoyed my stroller ride very much, I think mum and dad were struggling over something. I heard them panting and gasping for breath behind me, giggling and taking turns to push the stroller up the many steep slopes along the hilly park. It was a scenic and relaxing excursion for me, and a good workout for them!
It was also the first time where I got the chance to touch, sit and crawl on grass. Although I was not smiling at the camera (was too busy and distracted to), I did have lots of fun. I hope daddy and mummy will bring me here more often.

Hmm... I wonder what's wrong with that? Mummy just spanked me for repeating all of the above actions because I ignored her stern warnings again and again and again. Sigh... perhaps I should be more persistent and try again tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow she'll change her mind... or recover from her crazy spell.
Mummy: Say "mama"
Mummy: (haiya) Ok lah, say "ta-ta" (beat-beat)
Mummy: What about "papa"? Say "pa"
I think I still need a lot more practice in this.

I'm not sure if mummy is doing the right thing by buying me attractive books. Seems like she is trying to instill good reading habit in me from young. However, the more I look at a book, the more tasty and tempting it looks to me. Very often, I will drool all over it too.
When nobody's watching, I like to sneak a corner into my mouth to bite and chew on it. Everytime mummy sees me doing that, she will get a little mad and utters something that goes "No, no, no, blah blah blah...". Knowing my appetite for books, she doesn't leave me alone with them anymore. But when dad babysits me, this is what happens...
Mummy always tells him to keep an eye on me but I think he prefers to keep his eyes on something else... the tv, his books or his laptop. Let's just say, the corner of his eyes aren't as efficient as mummy's.

Me, when I was a 2-month-old embryo:
Me on my "full moon".
