Before leaving for home, a visit to the Grand Salon was a must-do. It's a cosy lounge where we sank ourselves in the extra-large, comfy chairs and relaxed to some soft music, light snacks and tea (than-cha).
Lick, lick, lick... No, that's not a lollipop. It was only brown sugar...
... sugar for the tea actually, hehe!
Sweet and savoury delights: Yum-yum... I enjoyed eating the mini quiche, scones, baked potatoes, sandwiches, boxing chicken, cakes and pastries etc. and had quite a fair share of them.
When it was finally time to leave, I pleaded "Why do we have to go home? Can I stay here? I want to stay here".
Huh..brown sugar lollipop..hehe. Whoa..look at those desserts. You all really had a blast. This hotel is expensive leh.
ReplyDeleteYes, we had a big blast haha! You'd be surprised, this hi-tea set wasn't expensive at all. (I think cheaper than 2 cups of coffee @ Starbucks)
ReplyDeleteWhat an enjoyable holiday! I really like the way they serve the hi-tea. How much is it exactly? Buffet? And the brown sugar is so special. Never seen something like this before.
ReplyDeleteWaaah, so nice!! We missed this. Maybe next time...
ReplyDeletecheaper than 2 cups of coffee @ Starbucks? sure bor! we meet there next time lah wei!
