How We Spent Our New Year Holidays

Here's a summary of what we did from 31Dec to 3Jan. We spent a lot of time with our extended families...

31st Dec: See Yee Por, Ping yi-yi, Julie yi-yi and their families came over for a visit. While the adults enjoyed catching up with each other, we, the kids, played together and had a blast!

Fullhouse... (we also had lunch at a restaurant called Fullhouse nearby)

1 Jan: Ah Ma, Gung-gung and Kau-foo stayed over at our house. We attended mummy's cousin's wedding in one of the hotels in the city centre.

It was my second time attending a wedding dinner but first time eating sharksfin soup and other banquet dishes

2 Jan: We went shopping at Sunway Pyramid and later in the evening, to See Yee Por's house in Bangsar.

Met the Power Rangers. I wasn't afraid of them and wanted to shake hands with them haha!

Left: Flipping some books at the kids' reading corner in Popular bookshop, SP. Right: Playing on the slide that Ping yi-yi bought for the kids, right in the middle of the living room.

We also dropped by Tropicana City Mall for a quick stroll on our way home.

Skipping, running and dancing on the main stage of the Tropicana City Mall

3 Jan: Went for breakfast with Yeh-yeh, Mah-mah and Hayley jie-jie. We later visited Tai Koo-ma in her newly renovated house and had Korean lunch at a restaurant nearby.

We also went grocery shopping in Giant before going home to rest and prepare for tomorrow's big day.

  1. Great family time spent together. :) Huh..Chloe's not afraid of the Power Rangers? Gwen would run away if she ever sees them..haha.

Chloe isn't like what you mentioned before about her being shy and timid lor. I think Gwen is worse.
