I love to jump into anything that is big enough to fit me... bags, boxes, baskets etc.
Mum, dad... Don't forget to include me in your packing!

@#$%*
Due to a slight mispronunciation, I think I uttered something really funny today....
Ah Ma: Lu zin pai (meaning "you are very naughty" in Hokkien)
Me: You ci-b** (trying to repeat after her)
Ah Ma, Gung-gung, Kau Foo, Mummy: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Ah Ma: Zin pai lah lu...
Me: Ci-b** you
Ah Ma, Gung-gung, Kau Foo, Mummy: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Based on their laughters, I don't think it had anything to do with vulgarity or impoliteness... so I kept repeating it to amuse them :-)

23 Months Old
I am 23 months old today.
- Height: 89cm. I have drastically shot up 2cm within a month as I was only 87cm last month!
- I have 20 teeth.
- I am able to say simple sentences like: Go home play toys, read book, Raining cannot go gai-gai, Mummy take milk-milk etc.
- I can even gossip and go around leaking home "secrets" to people such as "Mummy kiss daddy", "Mah-mah beat jie-jie" etc.
- I can differentiate between left and right.
- I am starting to become a picky eater. I've learned to refuse food by saying "Not nice".
- I am getting more attached to daddy and mummy (esp daddy). I like to cling on to him very tightly and would not let go.
I am going to be 2 next month!

My 1st Haircut
Ah Ma had always commented on my messy and uneven hair. I've never had a haircut since I was 1 month old (just a few snips for customary purposes). When she saw me repeatedly scratching the back of my neck, she couldn't stand it anymore. So...
It was a fuss-free experience. I surprised everyone by being extra co-operative and sat still until Ah Ma was done with the trimming.

The Morning Picnic
I like to follow Gung-gung wherever he goes. Every morning when he reads his newspapers outside the house, I like to hang around there too.
Gung-gung always finds it hard to concentrate on his reading because I keep distracting him by playing near the drain, touching the car tyres and playing with the gate. To solve the problem, Gung-gung came up with this brilliant idea of a "picnic" for me.

Sitting still and happily occupied...
And Gung-gung gets to read his papers peacefully :-)

Spill No. 3 - Perfume
After creating a mini flood in the morning, I decided that it wasn't enough. Later in the afternoon, I crept into Ah Ma's bedroom quietly when mummy dozed off while keeping an eye on me.
There, I saw bottles of colourful water on Ah Ma's dressing table. *Helped myself to a bottle, unscrewed its cap* Mmmmm... Lavender Water. Nice smell. *Shake shake shake* *Pour pour pour pour pour pour pour*
Tada...
I emptied the whole bottle into the mattress!
And ruined the lacquer on the dressing table when I shook and splashed the Lavender Water on it.

Spill No.2 - Water
Somebody left a bottle of water on the table. It was a 500ml mineral water bottle with about 450ml in it.
My itchy hands found it very inviting so when mummy walked into the kitchen for 2 minutes, I quickly seized the opportunity - opened the cap and gave it a good shake, then poured the remainder all over the floor and chucked the empty bottle aside.
When mummy saw the mini "flood" in the living room, I gave her the "Oops-it-was-just-an-accident, ma.-Please-don't-punish-me" look.

Spill No.1 - Sunblock Lotion
I created 3 spills in Ah Ma's house during my 1-week stay there.
Spill No. 1
It was an exceptionally quiet evening. When mummy came to check on me, her eyes almost popped out when she saw...
Sunblock lotion on the chair...
On the floor...
On my hands...
And on my hair, ear and neck...
Mummy had carelessly left it in my bag and I was only going through the things in MY bag... not my fault, isn't it? Heh heh heh...

Family Day
It was daddy's company's Family Day at The Mines Wonderland.
It was my first time in a carnival-like atmosphere.
I met hundreds (or was it thousands?) of uncles, aunties, jie-jies and kor-kors
It was fun.
Posing with daddy
Posing with the mascots
Riding the choo-choo train - this was my favourite!
This was my favourite too - the inflated playland
Uncle Clown made me a doggie balloon. Wearing daddy's cap. Cool or not?
Enjoying the loud-loud music!
